General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Software Licence (hereinafter "the Seller") and any customer making a purchase on our online store (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products and Licences
Software Licence sells digital software licences (Microsoft, Autodesk, antivirus, operating systems, etc.). The licences offered are official and authentic. Each licence is delivered as a digital activation key sent by email.
The essential characteristics of each product (compatibility, number of devices, validity period) are detailed on the corresponding product sheet.
3. Prices
Prices displayed are in euros (EUR) all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Order
The order is confirmed after:
- Product selection and addition to cart
- Entry of shipping and billing information
- Choice of payment method
- Validation and payment of the order
- Receipt of a confirmation email
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of an existing dispute, unpaid payment, or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are accepted by the following methods:

- Apple Pay / Google Pay
All transactions are secured by SSL encryption and processed by PCI-DSS certified providers. The debit is made at the time of order confirmation.
6. Digital Delivery
Licences are delivered exclusively by digital means (email) within a few minutes to a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation. No physical media is shipped.
The Customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their spam folders in case of non-receipt. In case of a delivery problem, the Customer must contact our support within 48 hours of the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium, the performance of which has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and explicit waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By validating your order and accepting the immediate delivery of the licence key, you acknowledge and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
8. Guarantees and After-Sales Service
All licences sold are guaranteed authentic and functional. In case of a non-functional activation key:

- Provide your order number and a screenshot of the error message
- We will proceed with a replacement or refund within 72 hours
9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. The Seller is not responsible for incompatibilities related to the Customer's hardware or software configuration.
10. Intellectual Property
The software licences sold remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers (Microsoft, Autodesk, etc.). The Customer undertakes to use the licences in accordance with the publisher's terms of use and not to resell, duplicate, or transfer them without authorisation.
11. Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
12. Dispute Resolution

13. Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
